About Alabama Cares mission……….”Individuals with disabilities and their families often feel isolated and struggle to navigate the services and support they need.

Through in-depth live interviews, Alabama Care (AC) connects these people with each other and the experts and organizations that serve them. Through these connections, individuals and families become empowered community members, armed with the right tools to overcome their challenges together.
